Terrible Service Duntery is only offering £27 refund for a dress that was delivered terribly differently to what was promised - wrong sleeves, wrong length.

Duntery not honoring request…
Duntery confirmed they would provide the sleeves of a different dress on the dress I ordered, and make it to a specific shoulder to waist measurement. Several days later I was told the dress had been shipped without taking these into account. Also, the hollow to floor length was specified at 134.5cm, and the delivered dress was 150. After 14 back and fourth emails they offered me £25 discount (increased in slow increments). They eventually said if I shipped the dress to China, I could get an 80% refund. Completely disappointing.
