Terrible customer service
First off all, I was sent out the wrong product, when I contacted the supplier they were rude, provided no support and told me to contact alibaba directly if I wanted my money back. The company advertises a return garuntee. However they fail to tell you you do not get back the tax and shipping, even if the supplier sends out the wrong product. When you have to use this service the company do everything they can to make sure that your unable to return it. They first provided me with the wrong shipping label, when i requested one with the correct dimensions I was assured I would recieve it within 48 hours. 5 days later i still had not received it, the support team are massively unhelpful and continuously repeated the same thing then closed the chat. I am not able to get my money back for the incorrect product being sent. I now have to try and open a dispute with my credit card company. Terrible service, avoid alibaba at all costs. Although the prices are cheap it is not worth the hassle if you have an issue with what arrives.
