I purchased two of these vacs and have NOT tried them as I have not received them. Shop.com had my old address and they were shipped to that previous address, I contacted FedEx and they said Roborock had to call. Roborock refused to call FedEx and after a few hours on the phone with FedEx (don't get me started on talking to a human there, oy) a manger (3 escalations later) they said they'd redirect to my current address. On the phone Roborock said they call FedEx, and then I got an email as if I didn't even talk to the customer service rep. Subsequent emails sent to me basically said they will not do anything, but told me to call FedEx. FedEx said they had to call and here I was stuck in the middle. I'm not even sure I want these now, I think IF I get them I'll return them and ask for a full refund due to the lousy customer service.
