I purchased the Narwal Freo X Plus expecting a reliable product, but unfortunately, my experience with the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. It has been almost two weeks, and my unit is still with the service center ( Hyderabad ). I have not received a clear explanation of the exact issue, and there has been no proper update on when the repair will be completed or when the product will be returned.i have been sending emails too. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I still don't have a clear resolution or timeline. For a product at this price point, customers should receive timely communication and proper service support. The product may have good features, but after-sales service is equally important, and my experience so far has been frustrating.
