Flimsy and fragile crystal stone Lion bracelet
I ordered a crystal and stone Leo bracelet for my grandson. I thought it would ship from Quebec but it’s actually manufactured in China and took over a month to arrive (well past his birthday). Still. It was a beautiful tourmaline and Tiger’s eye crystal bracelet with an informative pamphlet on the spiritual symbolism of the stones. It lasted exactly a week before it broke and was lost before he noticed it was gone. I told the whole story to OliveNorma, including the positive responses from the 13 year old boys. Asked for either a replacement or substantial discount as it was clearly cheaply made and not strong enough for active boy. Shared responsibility there! I had Confirmation number, delivery, etc notices. Several back and forth but I couldn’t send picture of stones as it was lost somewhere! They can’t replace. Not available. Final offer 20% off on another product but why buy junk?
