This company is a fraud
Update to my below review: the company finally responded to my review here; however, they are blatantly lying: They stated that they tried to contact me, which is BS. I sent them multiple emails and filled out their form on their website: No response. Also, if they really wanted to contact me, they had my phone number and email on my original order. Also, they said they processed a refund: also a lie. I had to contact my credit card company and only after the mandatory 90 days did the transaction get reversed by my credit card company. If they wanted to refund my order, they could have done it a long time ago. Do not believe their canned responses to these reviews. The company is a fraud: the only contact information on their website is a Gmail account and the address they have listed is for a Regus office building mailbox. No physical address. Be careful if you order from them and do your homework! original review: This company is a fraud! They were supposed to ship my order within 14 days and after I sent multiple emails, I finally had to have my credit card company reverse the charges. Still no response. Had I known that the only contact information on their site is a Gmail email and no phone number for support I would have never ordered. Also, be aware that they have sister companies so do your homework and avoid this company!
