This company goes above and beyond! I ordered the 4D laser mask almost a year ago and was so excited to try the product. While the product worked well, it provided wonderful results. A few months in, the device began to malfunction before completely refusing to work. I contacted customer service after dealing with this issue a few times and they were happy to send me a replacement, free of charge!
