Very good for beginners or entry level engravers. 20w is a lil step up from a 10w but definitely a learning curve not plug and play but relatively easy once u get the basics of the software not really the machine. Great support from longer if need assistance fast and reliable. Some advice would be use longer brand add ons like camera and roller if u want to upgrade bc it makes setup easy with capabilities a guaranteed. I’ve got creality rotary and it didn’t work so use same name brand if possible.
