Super Customer Service!!!!
We rented a small size car on Jeju Island last Chuseok weekend. We arrived late for the pick up and did not pay attention to the car that much. The next day we noticed one of the tyres having a damage. At Socar Jeju, Hailey (front desk manager) made it up, by changing the car to a Landrover Discovery Sport!!! Even fuel was paid for. This is what I call 5* service!!! If we ever come back to Jeju, Socar will be my rental place, no doubt!!! Thanks again Hailey, for making our stay a little more exclusive!!!
