⭐ 1/5 – Extremely disappointing experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Superbuy. I purchased four bags through the platform – two crossbody bags, one tote bag and one shoulder bag – which were supposed to be genuine leather. I also paid extra for additional packaging/a box, DHL shipping and parcel insurance. When my parcel arrived, I was shocked to find that only ONE of the four bags I had purchased was inside. The other three bags were completely missing, as was the box I had paid extra for. Even worse, the only bag I actually received had a very strong smell of mould and visible mould on the item itself. After paying for four bags, international shipping and insurance, receiving only one bag in this condition is completely unacceptable. There are also concerns regarding the recorded parcel weight, as the parcel I received contained only one bag despite the shipment being intended to contain my full order. I contacted Superbuy immediately to try to resolve the situation, but so far I have mainly received automated/AI responses rather than meaningful assistance from a live representative. When a customer is reporting several missing items and a mouldy product, I would expect the matter to be taken seriously and dealt with promptly by an actual member of staff. There was also a recent security incident affecting the platform. Following this, items that had previously appeared in my warehouse/account were no longer visible, apart from one. Thankfully, I had already retained screenshots and other evidence relating to my purchases. I have kept evidence of everything, including my purchases, the warehouse information, the parcel and shipping details, the mouldy item and my attempts to contact Superbuy. I have now had to raise the matter with my bank. Overall, this has been an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I paid for four bags and received only one, and even that one arrived mouldy. I also paid for additional packaging that was not received, despite having purchased insurance for the shipment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Superbuy.
