A Very Regrettable purchase
I have way too many issues with LOOI which I purchased 9 days ago. Similar to previous other user’s review and mentioned that Customer Services hardly responded. If any, just asked for more screenshots without actually solving the issues. I asked for return & refund since Day 2. Even tried Facebook pages still no one would respond to help me either fix or refund. This is a VERY regrettable purchase.
