Excellent Customer Service from TTRacing!
Recently, I contacted TTRacing regarding a broken part of my chair, hoping that it would still be covered under warranty. Unfortunately, my warranty had already expired in June 2026, so I wasn’t expecting much. However, Dianne from the Customer Service team went above and beyond to help me. She kindly extended my warranty until June 2027 and arranged a replacement for the broken part. I was extremely delighted and grateful for her help and the excellent customer service! I’m currently waiting for the replacement item to arrive, and I’m really looking forward to getting my chair back in perfect condition. Thank you so much to TTRacing and especially Dianne for going the extra mile and helping me resolve this issue. Truly appreciate the support! ❤️
