I placed an order with a seller and they initially gave me the wrong username. After that, I sent multiple messages asking to cancel or change the order details before they proceeded. Specifically, I asked to change the username to '1lliqs' and the display name to 'allie'. The seller did not read or respond to my messages and instead went ahead based only on the notes, without checking my updated instructions. I feel my messages were ignored and the order was processed incorrectly despite my request to correct the username and display name. I am seeking review and assistance from Customer Care regarding this issue."
