A hot mess
I never even got a chance to wear the product. I placed my order on August 8. So by August 17, I figured I’d better contact them. I get a reply to please be patient and wait a little longer (the company is located in China). I waited and waited. September 24 I found out that the parcel service, Speedex, didn’t deliver my package because the business was closed. I receive mail at the post office and use their street address along with my PO Box number to receive third party packages. No problems with UPS or FedEx. After Sunseaup investigated this, they told me my package was returned. WTF? So, Sunseaup gave me two options, but sucked: 30% refund or 50% coupon code. I took the refund because I won’t be buying anything from a company that uses a two-bit delivery service. I received a partial refund of 30%. It wasn’t a full refund. I emailed customer support several times asking about my package about why it was always showing Portland. I was told to be patient each time. Had I known it was not going to be delivered to my post office address, then I would have contacted the delivery service and asked them to change my address to my home address because this can be done. Instead I believed what customer service told me and I waited. Then I get an email from customer service that my item was returned. I was patient as directed and then I get no product and only a partial refund.
