Terrible Customer Support & Unreachable Refund Process (PNR: F8TMZ7S7)
I am writing this review after receiving zero effective help regarding my cancelled bus booking (PNR: F8TMZ7S7). My booking was cancelled, but I cannot request my refund because your system fails to send OTP SMS codes to my international phone number. Because of this OTP issue, I cannot log in to the app or access the "Help" section on the website. I have sent multiple emails explaining this exact technical issue. However, customer support keeps sending automated bot replies directing me back to the app's Help section — which is completely inaccessible to me! They refuse to communicate or resolve the refund directly via email or WhatsApp. Holding customer funds while locking them out with system bugs and unhelpful automated replies is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution and refund processed directly via my registered email.
