After paying for the basic plan (599 $) and sharing the username and password, very next day their senior analyst (Mr. Shibu) started threatening me to go for their premium payment plan which is somewhere 6000 $. When I said that first I need to see the results in numbers as per the basic plan committed profit, this guy was telling very unprofessional way that "this won't work like that" in a harsh threatening tone and he cut the line. This is the situation of a customer on the second day who paid 599 for their 2 months service. After that I have immediately changed the password and stopped dealing with company as I was afraid that if this is the attitude of their senior staff, they can easily vanish my account balance by taking a wrong trade as a revenge for not taking their premium plan. A note to the company that, we are sharing our login details to your staffs just believing your company and trust on your sales staff. However, this should not be used as a weapon to threaten the customers... It was completely unacceptable and unprofessional approach.
