Paid aug 8th.arrived 1oct 2nd oct assembled.no battery charger included and vendor (coswheel website) is away on holidays until the 8th .there are shelves full of chargers and i cant get just 1.so i have a battery paperweight and a nice bike doing nothing.the global company responded with a result no faster or better than the current outcome of what is going to be a 14 day wait or more should another issue arrise. Any other company would say,sorry sir,we are sending one today. Beware if you dont like global companies that take full factory warehouse holidays.i sit daily with no solution to their misstake,while they holiday and seem perfectly fine about it. Update as if 14th october,theyve sent my charger to the wrong adress.so yes,still rhe waiting continues
