Zero Quality Control & Blame-Shifting Customer Support
I had a terrible experience ordering from BLX and strongly advise avoiding this site. I ordered two pairs of glasses, and neither one was usable: Pair 1: The measurements were completely off, and the glasses don't fit. Pair 2: Arrived with no prescription in the lenses at all. I double- and triple-checked my prescription when entering it online, so the mistake was entirely on their end. When I contacted customer service to get this resolved, they refused to help and treated me terribly—telling me I didn't know how to enter my own information rather than taking accountability for their mistake. A total waste of time and money. I won't be returning, and I hope this review saves someone else the headache.
