The package was delivered promptly the next day which was sent out It only takes a day to clear customs It is the courier service what is the problem in Canada The package sit quietly for two days as there was a problem with my address. They get confused with street number and apt number which needs to be clarified as I phoned them and rectified the mistake Then me ssage was sent out my delivery will take place on certain date and certain time. One of the message was sent out 10 o’clock at nite which says the parcel will be delivered within an hour….I waited in the lobby(as it is an apt building) of course nobody showed up only received a message…. We could not deliver your package as we could not gain access into the building or there is nobody at home The package was subsequently delivered the next afternoon( though the time given was 915-1.15pm) This local courier service is not trustworthy! Now then watch…beautiful Instruction has to be sign on and go to WeChat Too many steps not user friendly at all,how can foreigners handle the registration and warranty…needs improvement in this regard
