Fraudulent product
Paid £36 for a small bottle of weedkiller. Company claimed the product would act instantly to kill problem weeds including bamboo. The item arrived in good time and that is the only positive to report. Used the weedkiller and similar to a another reviewer the weeds grew quicker rather than dying. Total expensive scam. Complaints to customer service resulted in an immediate offer of a 50% refund, which was not accepted. Eventually agreed to 80% refund because I couldn’t be bothered to keep complaint. So this scam product cost me 20% of purchase price for nothing. I believe the customer service dept are complicit in protecting companies selling fraudulent products
