What impressed me most when I first read about Wattcycle was the price. It was reasonable and affordable compared to competitors. I purchased the 5000 watt unit and the adapter plug to use with my existing Delta 3 plus (with extra 1000w battery) 2000w total which cost almost $600 dollars more than the one 5000w wattcycle battery. It worked flawlessly as an extra battery capacity. I have recently purchased a Delta 3 Pro and added wattcycle battery as an extra battery capacity (more wattage)rather than a Delta extra battery saving quit a bit of money. I planned to purchase another which will extend my storage to 10KW plus 4KW with Delta unit. The inconvenience of using two apps to monitor usage is small compared to the gain. I had a few Technical questions at first about some connection,charging,and monitoring. I emailed their contact and received a reply promptly by Talia. The information was precise, easy to understand. I had a hypothetical question later and received an immediate response pros and cons, and possible danger to equipment failure. If you have questions about this product please contact them. I am not sure if you will get Talia but I am confident you will get a knowledgeable reply. If this is the quality and service this company can maintain I see big things for them in the future. Douglas
