Ordered a smaller doll 23 days ago still hasn’t arrived in the U.S. even, I asked them after 4-5 days why it is taking so long but apparently it wasn’t there work hours and they emailed me later saying international shipping takes 10-14 days to complete it’s been 23 days no updates every time I try to ask them a question a ai responds with some new conviemt excuse each time on why they can’t get back to me on there website they said it was about to clear customs almost 20 days ago now I asked them again today they said it’s still about to clear customs horrible lazy shipper and shipment process
