An Unforgettable 15-Day Mount Kailash & Mansarovar Yatra
My 15-day Mount Kailash and Mansarovar Yatra was truly one of the most spiritual, memorable, and life-changing journeys of my life. From the beginning to the end, the entire journey was very well organised. Travelling through the beautiful and challenging landscapes of Tibet, visiting the sacred Lake Mansarovar, and completing the Mount Kailash Kora was an experience that I will always treasure. Despite the high altitude and difficult conditions, the journey was made much easier and more enjoyable because of the excellent support from our team. A very special mention goes to our tour guide Kunchok. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and caring throughout the entire journey. He always made sure that everyone was comfortable and informed about what was happening. His knowledge of the region, local culture, history and spiritual significance of the pilgrimage added so much value to our experience. Kunchok was always approachable and ready to help whenever we needed him. His calm and positive attitude gave us confidence, especially during the more challenging parts of the Yatra. I would also like to give a big thank you to our bus driver, Sonam. Driving through the difficult mountain roads and high-altitude terrain is not easy, but Sonam handled everything very professionally and carefully. We always felt safe and comfortable during the long journeys. His friendly nature and helpful attitude made a big difference to our experience. The breathtaking views of the Himalayas, the divine atmosphere of Mansarovar, and the sacred Mount Kailash Kora are memories that will stay with me forever. This was much more than just a trip—it was a deeply spiritual and unforgettable journey. I am especially grateful to Kunchok and Sonam for their dedication, patience, kindness and professionalism throughout these 15 days. They both played an important part in making our Yatra such a beautiful experience. Highly recommended for anyone planning the Mount Kailash and Mansarovar Yatra. If you are fortunate enough to have Kunchok as your guide and Sonam as your driver, you will be in very good hands.
