My rear 200mp pixel camera will not…
My rear 200mp pixel camera will not work and I have tried all the reset options available, used Ai to try and solve it and contacted Ulefone service and now forwarded all my correspondance to Sophia. My phones camera is messed up and I specifically purchased this phone for its marketed rugged functionality and i haven't even had it for a month and the camera is not working now. This is very sad considering this phone should be able to operate and function in a construction/field environment. Now I have a brick that i can call and text but no camera. The customer service so far has been absolutely junk considering I just dropped $1000 on a new phone. Guess thats why people are laughing at my new phone because its a big brick of junk.
