I was scammed by a seller on Itemku, but Itemku sided with the seller instead.
I was scammed by a seller on Itemku. I’ve provided plenty of evidence—screen recordings, transaction records—but Itemku still doesn’t believe me and continues to side with the seller based on unclear evidence. I also asked what evidence the seller provided to Itemku that led them to side with the seller, but Itemku did not respond to me. I’ve filed a support ticket, and it’s been days—even weeks—but the issue remains unresolved, and the seller has not faced any penalties or consequences. Itemku’s customer service is terrible and unprofessional. I strongly, strongly do NOT recommend shopping or making any game-related transactions here.
