⭐️ 1 STAR — SAVE YOUR MONEY! This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Lumier’s advertising completely set an expectation that the product I received simply did NOT live up to. The wig was overpriced, disappointing, and nowhere near worth the amount of money I paid.The worst part? I paid $230 for this wig, and Lumier only wants to refund me $20. Seriously, $20 out of $230?! That is completely unacceptable. False advertising, overpriced product, late delivery, and terrible customer service. I regret spending my money here and would NOT recommend Lumier to anyone. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Then, as if the poor quality wasn’t enough, my order arrived late. When I contacted customer service expecting a reasonable solution, I got nothing but excuses and runaround after runaround when I asked for a refund. At this point, it honestly feels like once they have your money, good luck getting anyone to take responsibility. Instead of acknowledging the problem and making things right, they seemed determined to find reasons NOT to refund me. For the price they charge, I expected quality, honesty, professionalism, and decent customer service. What I got was the complete opposite. The advertising makes the product look far better than what I actually received, and the customer service experience made an already bad purchase even worse. Lumier, if you’re going to charge luxury prices, then provide luxury quality and customer service. You cannot advertise one thing, deliver something that doesn't meet those expectations, arrive late, and then make customers fight to get their money back. I regret spending my money here and would absolutely NOT recommend this company. There are plenty of other wig companies that deserve your money more. Think twice before ordering because the pictures and the reality may be two very different things. 0/10 experience. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the excuses.
