Excellent experience with Edelweiss through BruntWork My experience with BruntWork has been very positive, thanks to Edelweiss, my Executive Operations Partner. In just her first month, she has contributed so much and quickly become someone I can count on. We’re building the office from the ground up, and she has taken ownership of creating tools, templates, trackers, processes, and organizational resources to help everything run smoothly. She takes the time to understand my priorities and brings thoughtful ideas to move things forward. What I appreciate most is her initiative and independence. Once I provide clear direction, she takes ownership and delivers without needing hand-holding. She asks the right questions, figures out the next steps, and follows through. Her ability to turn direction into action has made a meaningful difference in my day-to-day work. I really enjoy working with Edelweiss and appreciate the care and commitment she brings to our partnership.
