Have been a buyer on Collx since 2023. I am a Gold member. Started selling just a few months ago. I am already done with Collx. Customers claiming cards are fake. Is bad enough, but the disrespect that I received from one of there priority support specialist, named Tim, was down right humiliating & belittling. Tim has no social skills, no communication skills, is an absolute mean person. Tim is unbelievably unprofessional. He gave the me the seller, no respect. Treated me like trash. Mind you, I’ve been with this company since they started in 2023. Tim gave the buyer 100% respect. Tim gave the buyer a full refund of $500 because the buyer claimed the card was fake. No need to send back my card, no need to get the card authenticated. Just gave the buyer full credit. Tim needs to be fired, at the worst case scenario, I need my card back, which is a Tom Brady Bowman rookie card. I would stay far far away from this company. At least Ebay has the card authenticated. To make sure it is real or fake, but that’s not what you get when you deal with Tim. He thinks he is a judge, jury & executioner. Adios Tim, I hope they fire you.
