I placed an order and realized shortly afterwards that I had forgotten two important items. I contacted customer support and Melody was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind and responsive and took the time to clearly explain everything. Instead of having to cancel my order and place a new one, she found a simple solution to add the missing items to my existing order, which also saved me from having to pay a second full shipping fee. The whole process was quick, easy and handled with genuine care. Melody even arranged a small gift with my order, which was such a lovely gesture. I definitely recommend Spooky2 products, although I think it’s important to take the time to learn how to use them properly.
