Prepare for lock breakdown just after 1 year
Bought and installed the lock last year July 2025. Little more than a year now and it failed just after the first year warranty period. As to which, they only give 1 year transport, parts and labour, additional 4 years with only parts coverage. Subpar quality and mediocre performance from this company. Do consider better brands like Samsung or Philips that can last more than 5 years in without issues.
