Lusano AI Gate Lock
Bought a Lusano AI Gate Lock in Dec 2024 and have faced repeated issues with the remote control, battery life, battery indicator, and Wi-Fi connection. Despite numerous reports and troubleshooting, the problems remain unresolved. I will be also charged $120 for transportation after the warranty period, although my receipt only stated "1 + 2 years warranty." Very disappointed with the product reliability and after-sales service.
