⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing refund experience. I paid a deposit while waiting for my treatment plan. However, when I received the treatment plan, I found that some details were different from what had been discussed during my initial consultation, so I decided to request a refund. I was initially told that the refund would be processed within 20 days. After waiting the full 20 days, I still hadn't received my money. I contacted them and was then told to wait another 7 days. Unfortunately, after those 7 days passed, the refund still hadn't arrived. When I followed up again, I was told that the matter would be raised with the manager, but I still couldn't get a clear answer about when I would receive my money. The most frustrating part of this experience is having to chase my own refund repeatedly while receiving nothing but delays and vague responses. If a refund takes longer than expected, the least a company can do is communicate clearly and provide a reliable update. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and has seriously damaged my trust in the company. I simply want my refund returned without having to keep chasing them for answers. I would not recommend this company based on my experience with its refund process and customer service.
