Charged 3 months ago and still no item and only AI bots respond
Purchased a buffet 3 august and 3 months later still no item delivered. AI bots only respond to queries, delivery date is just continually pushed out and now there is no estimate date of delivery. I have contacted them 10+ times as it said 10 days for delivery when I purchased the item. The first time I contacted them they advised 4-6 weeks to make the item. This was not shown on the original item/purchase. Shipping agent doesn’t have a query option and I have emailed but still haven’t heard back. At one point a real person spoke to me and refunded me $50. However my credit card was charged $1550 3 months ago and still nothing to show for it.
