Unacceptable quality for luxury watches – Wrong size, wrong color, and plastic-like material
I ordered a custom 20mm alligator strap with light blue stitching for a high-end Patek Philippe watch. What I received was a complete disappointment and an insult to any watch collector. 1. Wrong Size: I ordered 20mm. They delivered 19mm. 2. Wrong Design: I ordered light blue stitching. They delivered dark black/purple stitching. 3. Deceptive Material: The strap was described as "Round Scale Matte". However, the product I received has an extreme, synthetic gloss, feels like rubber, and looks like a cheap plastic imitation rather than premium matte leather. Instead of taking responsibility for their obvious production mistakes, customer service (Teresa) subjected me to endless delay tactics. They constantly demanded measurements of my watch and tried to blame me, completely ignoring that a customer has the right to receive the exact width they ordered (regardless of the watch model, as I use custom endlinks). Only after I threatened to take steps did they suddenly change their tone. If you are looking for a high-quality strap for a luxury watch, stay away from this shop. The quality control is non-existent, and the communication is a nightmare. I have escalated this case to my payment provider for a full refund.
