Womier's support is the worst
Don't buy Womier keyboards. I had an issue with my F87 Womier keyboard within 7-8 months of my initial purchase (within the 1 year warranty). I will admit, it is a gorgeous keyboard that I love the feel of, and Womier was initially responsive -they diagnosed the issue and promised to send me a new PCB for the keyboard. The problem is they never actually did so - in fact, they have never followed through on anything they said they would do to help for the last 5 MONTHS. They have not sent a new PCB, they have not sent a replacement keyboard, and they have not provided a refund. I told them that any of those options were fine with me since that's what was laid out by their Returns and Warranty policy (their policy states that for defective products, Womier will "send over a new replacement unit or issue a refund at the customer's preference"). Here is my ticket timeline with Womier support: May 4, 2026: Reported the defect, within the 1-year warranty. June 5, 2026: They diagnosed the issue and confirmed that they would send a replacement PCB free of charge and asked for my shipping address, which I provided. July 14, 2026, August 28, 2026, and Sept. 30, 2026: I followed up each month and was told they were "checking stock" and would "get back to me shortly" or that they would "give me a definite reply soon." No shipment or update of any kind followed. In my contact with them on 9/30/26, I told them that if they did not provide a solution by 10/7/26, then I would be escalating by placing a public review and filing a complaint with the BBB or whoever I could. They once again told me that they would be "checking stock," even though I told them that this was no longer an acceptable response. So here we are. As far as I can tell, Womier's support team is just an AI chatbot that generates placating email responses with zero human follow up. My recommendation: avoid Womier keyboards.
