Very Poor Business Model
They are totally not responsive and it takes weeks for them to get back to us for a delivery status update. Initially, it felt like a scam whereby we made payments and was provided with a delivery status and then everything went silent. Eventually, we got our furniture delivered after 2 months delay from the original planned date. It was delivered in a crate and the deliveryman just left it in the house. There was no support to pry open the crate or to bring the heavy furniture out to the intended display area.
