The front sprocket of the bike broke…
The front sprocket of the bike broke within two days of riding it. I contacted the customer service and it was very hard to get through them in the first place. They told me that I had to take the bolt myself out. Mind you, I’m just a mom… , then I tried take the belt off, and I couldn’t, so I reached out to them and told them that I was having a hard time. They told me to take it to a shop and pay for it, and then they would refund it if it was “within a reasonable price” so I had no guarantee of this payment, in the first place I told him to just send the whole part, but because the whole part is a motor, they refuse to send it I sent him a video of the part acting up, and they told me when I have the money, then I could take it to the shop and basically close my case. Mind you, this bike has one year warranty This business doesn’t appear in the Better Business Bureau; however, I’m still gonna try and get them involved.
