Very disappointing and unsafe…
Very disappointing and unsafe experience I paid over ₹1,200 for this journey, but the service was extremely disappointing. Although the bus was new, the charging sockets were not working. When I asked the staff about them, I was told they were only for demonstration purposes. My phone battery dropped to 18%, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. I was also uncomfortable travelling with four male passengers, as no information about female safety or security arrangements was provided during booking that you have to charge your phone from your phone, whole night you have to travel with that. The worst experience was when I accidentally left something behind. My family followed the bus and requested the conductor to stop for just one minute. We even offered to compensate for the inconvenience, but he refused, saying he was in a hurry. This showed a complete lack of courtesy and concern for passengers and where bus is meant for passengers convenience not as per conductor mood. Additionally, the bus was driven at a very high speed, which made the journey feel unsafe. A new bus is not enough if basic facilities, passenger safety, and respectful service are missing. Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience and not worth the money. I would not use this service again.
