Worst customer service ever! My Wallet PIN reset issue (Ticket #3936766) has been ignored since day one of registration. Customer service agents like Chio, Caca, Senna, Maureen, and Arthur keep spamming repetitive copy-paste templates instead of escalating the database bug to the IT team. They even had the audacity to send a review prompt while holding my funds hostage and refusing to fix a server-side account lock. Avoid using Itemku if you value your money!"
