Got the Songmong Gather Bag in medium (onyx). Such a beautiful bag. Love it. Such soft leather. And great customer service. Prior to buying online, I had questions and chatted online with Songmont staff with some questions I had. They were helpful and informative. Lily was exceptionally helpful with my questions.
