Extremely disappointing experience with IndiGo! Travelling with two young children, we received no proper assistance, no appropriate seat allocation, no clear guidance or proper seat-belt arrangements for our baby, and no food or water during our difficult transit experience. Even basic care and consideration seemed to be missing. After all this distress, IndiGo offered a meal voucher instead of meaningful compensation or a proper resolution. We felt completely ignored, as though our family’s needs meant nothing. This was a one-star experience at best. I have no interest in using IndiGo’s services ever again.
