Have not received shipping information…
Have not received shipping information or my purchase. I called customer service and the person that answered sounded like they were answering their personal phone. There was no greeting about the company. I didn't know if I had the right number or not. She eventually told me she would reach back out to me about my purchase, but still have but heard anything back. This was an expensive purchase for my business!!! I'm not happy doing business with this company at all! It said fast 2-5 day shipping. It has officially been over a week since my purchase
