**Exceptional customer service from Talia at WattCycle**
I recently purchased a WattCycle battery and wanted to acknowledge the exceptional customer service I received from Talia. I initially contacted WattCycle with a question about promotional pricing. Talia responded promptly, confirmed that price protection would apply if the price dropped, and offered to personally follow up on my order. What particularly impressed me was that she then did exactly that. She arranged for the shipment to be prioritized, provided tracking information, and proactively followed up after delivery to make sure the battery had arrived safely. None of this was prompted by a complaint or a problem with the order. It was simply thoughtful, attentive customer service, well beyond what I've come to expect from an online purchase. I haven't yet fully tested the battery, so this review relates specifically to the purchasing and delivery experience. On that front, Talia has been outstanding. Thank you, Talia.
