INTERNAL SERVICE MANAGEMENT IS POOR!!!
My case is from TM to Maxis since this 2 company is partnership. Offering existing customers from TM and NEEDED to use their maxis due to whatsover the problem is like easy peasy going with the installation. When its come to termination, the modem the router of course you said you needed them back in order to fully terminate maxis line. I was aware of this problem required original owner to hand over the items myself. I made a call with maxis hotline help and ask "what solution can be done if the items and the owner is having a long distance problem?" Your staff said just ask my representative which is my father show a message that i received to maxis centre people. By the time it happened, wow what a twist now you want the only owner. What nonsense is this? I ask solution you should gave me the exactly solution not you plot twisted it. You guys have different branch opened in every states and country, think and prepare a special solution for this kind of issue. I know there are rules to follow but THINK & PREPARE for any situation that can be happen. I was so angry, every time i call i said the main difficult issue i was not joking i want a final solution. You drag my termination process so that i still pay i'm okay. But i was crazily mad is how you people gave solution and its totally different from what you gave, you need owner now after all that called??? If no owner to handover the items i need to pay again + the delay termination fee per day you money rippers. When you ask me to change to maxis by force, no owner no problem because what? You are using the existing data isn't right? If the same rules apply need owner be there for you to change the installation you think you can get a customer to use your maxis? And yeah i bet you'll say TM line maybe is not function that time and yeah payment is still on running. Again money out from pocket but no line connection. My representative is and old man i dont want to give him trouble. You will say and see him not like an old man because he is not related to you. Dont judge it. If only i can select no star it is the exactly true to show how frustrating i am writing here but as you know 1 star is the lowest which i think its not. You deserve no star.
