Quality Customer Support!!
First, I must e claim that the upflow toilet works perfectly. However, our contractor failed at installing the toilet seat. It just wasn't correctly installed. I went to home depot to find replacement parts, and they couldonly give me the phone number for the manufacturer, or supplier. Which turned out perfectly!! I explained our install problem, and to my surprise and delight, they sent by UPS, a complete replacement parts and toilet seat!! Plus, the install instructions! So I was able to completely install the new toilet seat, with all new parts! Thank you so much!!!!!!@@
