Brilliant organisation, reasonable prices, top quality!
In short, Hero Time are absolutely fantastic at what they do. We had very little idea what we were doing in terms of manufacturing or printing anything, and we couldn't have asked for a more supportive, more patient, more communicative service from the team. Being based in the UK, we were unsure about how to approach getting our cards manufactured internationally and how it would all work, but from prototypes to packaging to amendments to communication about shipping, the team at Hero Time have been brilliant. It feels like they really care about your product and vision, they want to get it right, and they want you to be happy with the finished version! We are very grateful to everyone, particularly Lynn and Kyen for your patience with us, our questions and our (sometimes slow!) response times! If you're based in the UK and you're hoping to a find a company that maximises quality and customer service at a reasonable and fair price, then I would strongly recommend Hero Time. Hopefully one day we will be returning for another order once we've sold our current batch! Thanks again!
