I had a disappointing experience with Moglix during the QA hiring process. After clearing multiple interview rounds, I reached the final stage, where discussions about the role and joining were also held. I was then asked to wait for feedback. Despite following up multiple times through calls, messages, and emails, I received no response. Candidates invest considerable time, effort, and money in attending interviews. If a company decides not to proceed with a candidate, the least it can do is communicate the decision professionally instead of leaving them waiting without an update. This experience reflects poor candidate communication and a lack of transparency in the recruitment process. I hope the HR team and management take candidate experience more seriously and ensure that applicants receive timely and professional feedback.
