⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience with RedBus! Very poor customer support and disappointing booking experience. When travel plans change, customers expect proper assistance and transparent cancellation policies. The lack of satisfactory support is frustrating. RedBus should take customer complaints seriously and improve its service. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, not just booking tickets!
