Unreliable
Unreliable, empty promising conversations until no reply at all. Was looking for replacement parts, however the package was not sent for weeks. When asked for a refund, customer support we pleading me to wait for a certain day with empty promises. When asked wether they have parts in the warehouse, they replied they would check but that was it. Right now the stopped answering at all
