A legitimate company with fantastic customer service!
I was initially sceptical after reading some negative reviews, but my experience with Carputech has been excellent. The company is completely legitimate, the product is great, and the customer service is fantastic. The monitor looks great, with a bright, clear display and excellent resolution. Communication has been clear and helpful throughout the process. The installation manual could be a little more detailed, but the technical support via email more than makes up for it. My questions during installation were answered incredibly quickly, and the response time was truly impressive. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Carputech!
